Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed. Once your order has been handed off to our shipping carrier, it’s considered dispatched and is on its way to your address. During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

The estimated delivery time for your order depends on your location and the carrier’s transit time. Below are the approximate delivery times for different countries:

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is handed over to our courier partners, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at bloommelle@gmail.com, and we will assist you as best as we can.
We recommend contacting the courier company directly to file a claim. Most couriers have claims processes in place for lost or stolen packages, and they may require additional details from you to resolve the issue. We will also reach out to the courier on your behalf to follow up and provide any updates.
Please note, Bloommelle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will help wherever possible, and in cases where the package cannot be located, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. If the package is not found, we may also advise you to file a police report.
